Simple model SGS has no automatic product feeder. The operator’s hand slowly feeds the product into the swaging die. Extremely consistent swaged diameter results from patented geometry-controlled (not force-controlled) swaging die mechanism. SGS uses exactly the same swaging mechanism as the automatic feed models. Durability proven in high production at many of the world’s leading catheter makers.

Each swaging die provides one durably precise final swaged band diameter. Dies changeover takes only 2 minutes, with no shimming, adjustment, or calibration required. 

The SGS model are manually fed by the operator. They are a low-cost alternative to the more automated models.
