Disposable Cartridges and Accessories provide a clean, efficient and low-cost method for material packaging to meet all types of production requirements. Cartridges are moulded in a process control setting. Plungers designed with a wiper leading edge to clean each cartridge thoroughly. Caps and plugs provide sealing for both ends of the cartridge are available, making the system ideal for used in single or plural components as well as pre-mixed frozen application.
Cartridges are available in 2 ½ (74ml), 6 (177ml), 8 (237ml), 12 (355ml), and 20 (591ml) ounce as well as 1/10 gallon (325ml) capacities. Each size can be used with hand held or bench mounted air powered dispensing tools or manual dispensing tools. Cartridges are moulded in either standard or low density polyethylene. All sizes are fit with ¼" NPT female thread orifice. Custom colors, including green, are available.

Accessories:
Plungers (Pistons) ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing. Wiper seal plungers prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the cartridge wall clean as fluid is dispensed. Maximum operating pressure is 100psi (6.9bar).
Standard nozzles are precision molded from natural polyethylene and have 1/4" NPT male threads to fit all Techcon Systems cartridges or equivalent. Sold in bulk package of 1000. These nozzles can be ordered with 30, 45, 80 and 90 degree bends, however minimum order, lead time and pricing considerations apply.
